Raw Material :
Inspected raw material with proper T.C. is inverted in our plant. Bearing steel for bearings i.e. SAE 52100, 8620. For die forging low carbon steel 21 mm cr5 are types of materials used in a our plant as per requirements suggested.
Cutting :
We follow approved method for cutting to get best results and nominal rejection in turning process after forging that for induction, heating and cutting is followed. This process does not disturb metrological structure.
Forging :
Controlled modern furnace is used to get good results for forging. We have power presses with capacity 50 to 500 tons used as per job requirement process. We in house have 5 rolling machines equipped for the sizes 50 mm to 500 mm outer diameter and weight for 500 grams to 70 kgs.
Annealing :
We in house have electrical annealing furnace to match international standards for which we have well equipped laboratory and metrological experts to get best required results.
Proof Machining & CNC Turning :
Before final turning we go through turning process to give proper size for CNC turning

Complex designs and precise requirements are done in very short time on our CNC machines and skilled technical staff is there to supervise the final product.

CLOSED DIE FORGING is the process whereby this deformation is confined within a shaped cavity in the dies to achieve a desired engineering configuration.
Open die forging involves the shaping of heated metal parts between a top die attached to a ram and a bottom die attached to a hammer anvil or press bed.
